Heavy Duty Trolleys

When no “off the shelf” solution exists…

We designed and built these trolley to house specialist equiptment and be able to move across rough surfaces for the rail industry.

They feature puncture proof castor braked castor wheels with over 300mm of ground clearance. The hinged door is designed to be used as a ramp to allow the wheeled equipement to be loaded and are powder coated into the end users colour scheme.

The trolleys are assembled using a custom designed frame cut and welded in house. The fibre laser cut panels making up the covers are riveted into place providing a durable fitment resistant to vibration.
