Rail Water Heater Brackets

These parts had a lead time of multiple months from the manufacturer, so a decision was made to reverse engineer them. We were supplied some sample parts as a basis but we only had a very short window in which to have them in our workshop

These parts needed to be an exact replication, so we drew up the designs into CAD and checked these against the sample, which could then be returned to the customer.

From the CAD design we were then able to laser cut and precisly fold up each of the componants, which were then assembled to create the completed designs.
